Who we are

Haulprint is a product of Mynt Minds, Inc. (“Mynt Minds”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers haulprint.com, the Haulprint website. How we handle the information our customers put into the Haulprint application is set out in our agreement with each customer.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you use the contact form or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, company, work email, phone number if you add it, your role, the products you’re interested in and your message.

When you visit. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t use advertising cookies or sell ads on this site.

How we use it

We use contact information to reply to you, arrange demos, and send you information about Haulprint that you asked for. We use technical information to run, secure and improve the website.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our website host, web-font and email providers, and only for that purpose. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages and our email with you for as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on the conversation, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and opt out of any follow-up emails at any time. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

Children

Haulprint is a business service. It isn’t directed to children and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant we’ll make it clear on the site.
